Is this you?
You are not a diagnosis. You are a person, and a family.

When most people reach out to us, life has simply become unmanageable. On the outside, you might be keeping it all together—going to work, packing lunches, smiling for photos. But inside, or behind closed doors, everything is crumbling.

You or someone you love might be feeling hopeless, overwhelmed, scared, or completely stuck.

Maybe you recognize one of these painful realities right now:

Family & Relationship Challenges

Support for families experiencing communication difficulties, conflict, parenting concerns, life transitions, and relationship stress.

Mental Health  Concerns

Treatment for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, mood disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, and other challenges impacting daily functioning.

Trauma & Stress-Related Conditions

Evidence based treatment for many mental health diagnoses, trauma, PTSD, grief, adverse life experiences, and stress related symptoms.

When Life Feels Stuck

Anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges can make it difficult to move forward. We help children, teens, adults, and families develop the tools needed to create a meaningful and lasting change.

Unresolved emotional wounds don’t just stay bottled up—they cost us our finances, our marriages, and our physical health. But worst of all, they rob us of our most precious commodity: time and joy with the people we love.

Life after treatment
The Other Side of Recovery: Transformation

At The Lewallen Center Our Approach and Philosophy is simple. We don’t add more complexity and rather do the opposite by keeping treatment simple. From the very start of treatment we give clients the roadmap and framework to succeed in their recovery. We provide structure, direction and move clients into action in their recovery for positive change. By utilizing Temperament Based Therapy with supports (TBT-S) we assist clients in discovering ways to harness their trait expression productively and overcome the very issues that bring them to therapy.

You aren’t broken, you just need the right tools to navigate the path ahead.

Here is what life looks like after treatment:

Finding Stability

Building the skills, routines, and support needed to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and consistency.

Recovery & Healing

Addressing the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that interfere with living a meaningful life.

Building Stronger & More Meaningful Relationships

Improving communication, strengthening family and interpersonal relationships. Making meaningful connections that promote long term well-being and mental health recovery overall.

Moving Forward Into Recovery

Helping clients move into action in recovery and out of rumination. Developing confidence, resilience, and skills for long term well-being.

You are the expert in your own recovery. We are just the guides to help you bring your family home.
